Our Mission & Services
Our mission is to have the family law courts in America "Listen to the CHILDREN", place value on their words equal to any other American citizen's, protect these citizens' rights of liberty and freedom to pursue happiness by allowing them to express their views, with those views to be given due weight in a court of law, and the right to be heard in any proceedings affecting them.
The Convention on the Rights of the Child 1989 gives children worldwide the right to express their views and for those views to be given due weight. The Convention also gives children the right to be heard in any proceedings affecting them. Somalia and the United States of America are the only countries that have not signed the Convention of the Rights of the Child. We serve to bring awareness to the public and our legislatures that American children are, in fact, citizens of the United States of America; and, as citizens, they deserve to have their constitutional rights honored, and not be treated as "equitable distribution" in family law cases without voices or rights.
